Return Policy

45 day policy

  • If 45 days have gone by since your package arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
  • Returns will not be accepted if product is discontinued or marked as Final Sale.

Eligible Items

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in resalable conditions and must also be return in the original packaging (box and bag.) This will prevent product from being damaged.
  • Only items bought from our website can be accepted.

Returns

Step 2: When sending your package back, please include packing slip inside the box as proof of purchase.

  • Please DO NOT send your purchase back to manufacturer.
  • We will not be responsible for lost packages sent to another address not listed as Return Address.
  • At this time we are not offering return labels.

Final Approval

RETURNS ARE PROCESSED EVERY SATURDAY.

  • All returns will be reviewed for final approval once they arrive.
  • We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or the method you selected.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Final Sale

    • Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Exchanges 

    • At this time we are not offering exchanges.
    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a separate purchase for the new item.

    Additional Information:

    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • Please note, D'Santy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when returning or exchanging your product. If you are experiencing issues with your package contact your shipping provider.

    • Please note, D'Santy is not liable for any packages once they have been delivered by shipping carrier. If the tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you did not received it, please contact shipping carrier.
    • Please note, to keep our prices fair, we do not offer FREE RETURNS.
